Terms of Use

The service

Atom Bitz Music converts a natural-language song idea into a technical plan and, when enabled and requested by you, sends that plan to a third-party music-generation provider. Results can vary and are not guaranteed to match every request.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity on your account and for the ideas, lyrics, audio, and other material you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal, abusive, infringing, deceptive, or intended to harm the service or another person.

Credits and payments

Credits are consumed when a generation request is accepted. A $2 purchase adds 25 credits. Each song generation uses 5 credits. Credits are delivered after Stripe checkout succeeds and do not expire unless required by law or future posted terms.

Rights and third-party services

You retain rights you already hold in your submitted material. Your use of generated music is also subject to the applicable terms and plan rights of the music-generation provider. Google, Cloudflare, Stripe, and Suno operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability

The service may be changed, paused, or discontinued. It is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular creative or commercial result.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
